Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

We rely on our customer service and the confidence of our clients in us to provide them with hassle-free service and only high-quality and authentic products. 

However, in case you don’t feel satisfied with the authentication of the product or if you found it damaged or broken, when and only you received and just opened the parcel.

  1. The time window for return is 7 days.
  2. Our product warranty(for watches’ machinery only) is one year.

Return and Exchange Eligibility Criteria

The policy includes eligibility criteria for a return or an exchange:

  1. The item must be unused.
  2. It should be in the condition you received it.
  3. It is compulsory to provide a recorded video while opening the parcel, when you receive it, to claim your return and refund.
  4. Any item which is damaged, broken, missing parts, or not in the original condition not due to our fault is not eligible.
  5. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. An order number will also do, which is on your invoice.

Refund 

After the item is received and inspected, you will be notified by an email that will contain:

  1. The acknowledgment of receiving your returned item.
  2. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of a refund through email.
  3. If you are approved through the refund process, you will get the payment through bank transfer or Easypaisa.

In the case of late or missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received any refund payment in five business days:

  1. Please check your bank account or consult with your Easypaisa representative first.
  2. Make sure that you call your Easypaisa representative or bank first.
  3. If the problem still persists, please feel free to contact our customer service (email Address) or call (contact number). We’ll be more than happy to help.

Exchange 

Damaged or defective pieces are replaced only for the item you just purchased and found damaged or broken while unboxing, please email (email Address) or call (contact number) If your request is approved, we will deliver the new item to you.

  • Please note that The duration for exchange or refund claim is only  “within 7 days of purchase”
  • It is compulsory to provide a recorded video while opening the parcel, when you receive it, to claim your return and refund.
  • Delivery charges are on the customer while returning a product for exchange or refund.

Warranty

From the original date of purchase, the product is under warranty for one year. We pledge that the purchaser will receive any of our products (they purchased from this website) will be free of damage and in fully working condition before they get dispatched.

If you have a warranty claim, please proceed to our customer service (email address) or call (contact number) and they’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that our liability is only limited to the replacement or repair of the machinery(free of cost) of watches or a full refund of the amount that is on the invoice. And we will not pay any other charges such as breakage due to mishandling etc.
